Authors Database: AUTHORSdB

adbWhile on my mini blog break I took time to tidy up several loose ends of my writing world since returning to the UK. One of those places was a return visit to Authors Database, a place I joined whilst living in Cyprus  and briefly added my return to the UK. I haven’t had time to update my profile and reorganise but when I did what a super surprise I received!

The site has upgraded and grown – a lot – huge!

What is it? It is a database site for authors: AUTHORSdB lists the author onto their database and share you with the world of readers. Price? FREE!

It is also a fabulous place for authors to show and tell with tremendous support. The Authors Database team promote out for free and well, free pretty much covers it!

There is a book cover competition, a community of authors and promotion kits and … so much more. I noted my old covers were still on show so within minutes I’d managed to remove them and upload the new ones. The first, Maggie’s Child, was approved and pinned to their Pinterest board in under an hour! Now that is supporting the author.

There is also a section where author services can be offered and when I’ve more time I will take the opportunity to share The Virtual Bookcase on their Bloggers for Authors listing.

I found it useful a couple of years ago and am pleased I found time to update my profile etc. It is worth adding your name to the database, Margo. They work hard for authors.

  2. I haven’t been there in quite some time.
